In modern industry's precision manufacturing and efficient operations, even the smallest defect can pose a safety hazard, impacting stable equipment
operation and even leading to production accidents. Fortunately, industrial endoscopes extend the human eye's visual range and allow for flexible viewing,
transcending blind spots. This allows for accurate and clear observation of the true condition of an object's interior surface. For example, cracks, grooves,
overheating, deformation, leaks, corrosion, wear, and scale, often arising from blind spots difficult to detect with other inspection methods, can be promptly
identified and corrected with industrial endoscopes, ensuring safe operation.
Today, Xiaofei proudly introduces the FLIR VS80 Series, a high-performance industrial endoscope.
Since its dazzling debut in June 2022, it has helped FLIR users solve numerous inspection challenges across various fields.
To meet even greater challenges, the FLIR VS80 Series has been upgraded with two practical probes.
Let's take a closer look at this leading inspection system!
Two Upgraded Probes for More Accurate Inspection
As a versatile professional industrial endoscope, the FLIR VS80 has upgraded two probes based on user needs. The dual HD probes have undergone technological innovation,
significantly increasing their length from 1 meter to 3 meters. This significant upgrade enables endoscopic inspections to reach deeper and further, significantly expanding the
inspection range and providing strong support for accurate diagnosis.
The second upgraded probe is a 4-directional probe, with a diameter reduced from 6mm to 3.9mm, allowing for flexible inspection into even narrower gaps. Its resolution has
been upgraded from 640x480 to 1280x720 HD, resulting in sharper images and more accurate capture of details, revealing hidden problems and ensuring more comprehensive, efficient, and accurate inspections.
The remaining five probes maintain the same high-level performance, fully assisting users in overcoming various inspection challenges in narrow areas. Live and saved images
from all probes are instantly displayed side-by-side on the large 7-inch display, allowing users to easily compare historical inspection records and quickly detect any subtle changes.
New, versatile product suitable for a wide range of industries
The FLIR VS80 industrial videoscope stands out from its competitors with its comprehensive features and powerful performance. The upgraded two probes further expand its
capabilities for a wide range of industrial videoscope inspections, enabling professionals to master any inspection task with ease and professionalism.
Equipped with a new probe, the VS80 is even better suited for inspecting hard-to-reach areas. For example, it's ideal for in-depth inspections of large gearboxes or motors,
as well as other equipment that's difficult to reach and inspect with standard cameras. It can also be used in automotive inspections to look for signs of carbon deposits
and wear on engine components, as well as inspecting transmissions and gearboxes for signs of component failure. Building inspections can also be performed to identify
HVAC and duct blockages, rodents, mold, or moisture—all without disassembling equipment or damaging the structure.
